No particular outcome, result or recovery of information is promised or guaranteed by Process Server Global or the materials on this website. We work toward each client’s goals with professional methods, within the bounds of the law.

Our services are not available to minors. Anyone under 18 may use this website only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and permission. We may refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, icons and images — belongs to Process Server Global or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Unauthorized use of any marks is prohibited.

All orders are firm and cannot be cancelled once work has begun, except by mutual written agreement. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
